Both parties reserve the right to cancel the Project at any stage.
In case the Project is canceled by the Client, payments made for the Project may be refunded to the Client after deducting the upfront payment received for initiation of the Project and payments received against milestones already completed.
In case the Project or any specific milestone is canceled by Artacron, payments made for the Project or milestone may be refunded after deducting USD 15 per hour for the Billable Hours spent on work performed for the Client, including project discussions, requirements gathering, project planning and documentation, project initiation, and execution.
After payments are settled between the two parties, Artacron will transfer to the Client the documents, designs, scripts, or other deliverables applicable to the paid-for work or canceled milestone, subject to the agreed ownership and licensing terms.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method, where applicable.
The Client owns the rights to use only the work or milestones that have been fully paid for.
Artacron may offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee only where such guarantee is specifically included in the applicable quotation, proposal, or service agreement.
Where applicable, if the Client wishes to discontinue the eligible service within 30 days of purchase, Artacron may issue a refund after deducting applicable payment gateway transaction fees and USD 18 per hour for the Billable Hours spent on the Project.
Any refund will be processed according to the applicable payment provider’s processing timelines and the terms agreed with the Client.
