All designs, digital files, and original source files created for the Client by Artacron (“Projects”) are the exclusive property of the Client upon full payment. If any law would otherwise grant us ownership, Artacron assigns all such rights to the Client permanently.
By submitting any materials to be used in a project, you confirm that you own the rights to them and that they do not infringe any third-party rights. Artacron may use completed designs for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Third-Party Fonts and Assets
If your Project includes fonts, images, or assets requiring a commercial license, we will inform you in writing. It is the Client’s responsibility to purchase such licenses for legal use. Artacron is not liable for any unauthorized use of third-party assets if the Client fails to secure proper licensing.
4. User Representations
By using the Website, you represent that:
- You are legally eligible to enter into this Agreement.
- You will not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You are not accessing the Website via automated means.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
