Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 15, 2025

At Artacron, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and client satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund or cancellation is required. Please review the following policy carefully before initiating a project or making a payment.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Work Begins: If you decide to cancel your project before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After Work Has Started: If you choose to cancel the project after work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed and time spent.
  • Urgent/Critical Deliverables: Projects with urgent turnaround or special deadlines may not be eligible for cancellation after confirmation.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are considered only if there is a valid reason such as:

  • Non-delivery of service.
  • Project not initiated within agreed timeframe.
  • Major deviation from the initial project brief (on our part).

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • If the client changes their mind after project initiation.
  • Delays caused by client’s lack of communication or delayed inputs.
  • Services already delivered or approved by the client.
  • Refund requests made 7 days after delivery of work.
  • Domain/hosting charges, third-party license fees, and paid tools are non-refundable.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital design and development services, once final files are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at hello@artacron.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • Project name or order ID.
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request.

We aim to process refund requests within 7-10 business days after review.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have concerns about our service, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of terms, and you will forfeit any rights to a refund or further service.

Artacron reserves the right to take legal action in case of fraudulent disputes or chargebacks.

5. Policy Updates

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page. It is the client’s responsibility to stay informed of the latest policy version.
